Protein packed oats Recipe.
- Oats (Males: 100g / Females: 50g)
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
- 1 Banana
- Peanut Butter (1 Spoon)
Add Oats to bowl and fill with just enough water to cover oats.
Add one scoop of your desired protein ( I suggest vanilla ) and stir through well.
Add Stevia to sweeten if desired.
Cut up and add your Banana.
Add Berries (amount dependent on personal preference).
Add Spoon of Peanut Butter.
Stir through and mix well.
That's it, You're done!
It really is that easy!

You can also try changing this recipe up every few days by changing which fruits you use in the process. A lot of people I talk to like adding apricot and strawberries, it really just depends on your preference.
