Where We Ship

Australia only: All states and territories.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $99.

Free Shipping: Orders of $99 or more ship free (standard delivery).

Express Shipping: $20 flat rate (optional at checkout).

Rates may change from time to time. Final costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Handling & Dispatch Time

Orders are usually packed and sent within 1–2 business days.

We aim for same‑day dispatch on orders placed before 12:00pm AEST (Mon–Fri). During peak sales, public holidays, or severe weather, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery Timeframes (Guides)

Standard Shipping: typically 3 - 15 business days.

Express Shipping: typically 1 - 7 business days.

You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Easy Protection (Optional Shipping Protection)

Add Easy Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.

Covers loss or damage in transit.

If an issue occurs, we’ll replace the item(s) or issue store credit at our discretion.

Make a claim within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for losses) and include order details and photos.

Does not cover theft after delivery or parcels you’ve authorised to be left in a “safe place”.

Orders without Easy Protection aren’t covered by us for transit loss/damage, please claim directly with the courier.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided are your responsibility. If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re‑shipping fees may apply.

What If Something’s Wrong?

If anything arrives damaged or an item is missing, email admin@suppsrus.com.au with your order number and photos so we can help quickly.
