Featuring a unique tiered dosage system, you can choose between 1, 1.5 or 2 scoops to match your caffeine tolerance and training intensity on any given day.

Directions for use:

Depending on your caffeine tolerance or experience level, mix 1, 1.5 or 2 scoops of Altered State pre workout with 200-400ml of water. 15-20min prior to training.
