Day One Performance Athlyte by Day One is an electrolyte powder with sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium in every 7g scoop, plus glycerol and taurine. It’s zero sugar with just 4 calories per serve.

What’s inside:

  • Sodium (327mg): from Celtic sea salt, a natural source of sodium and trace minerals. Sodium is one of the key electrolytes lost through sweat
  • Potassium (375mg): in the form of potassium citrate, an electrolyte mineral commonly included in hydration products to help replace what’s lost through sweat
  • Magnesium (97mg): in the form of magnesium bisglycinate chelate, an electrolyte mineral commonly included in hydration formulas
  • Calcium (230mg): from Aquamin, a red marine algae that is a natural source of calcium and trace minerals
  • Glycerol powder (1,000mg): a patented powder that is 65% glycerol, commonly included in hydration formulas
  • Taurine (500mg): an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body and is commonly included in sports nutrition formulas
