DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Before training: Consume one serve, 20 minutes before training in 400-500ml of water.
After training: Consume one serve in 400-500ml of cold water immediately after training.
Non training days: Consume one serve in 400-500ml of cold water between meals. Do not consume more than 1 serving per day.
