Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 150–250 mL of water or your beverage of choice, or add directly to your pre- or post-workout shake.
Glutamine can be used 1–3 times daily depending on training demands, including in the morning, immediately after training, and/or before bed to support recovery and overnight repair processes.
Consume immediately after mixing, store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from heat or moisture, and consume within 180 days of opening for optimal quality and effectiveness.
