Rule 1 R1 PreLift is a fully transparent, no-banned-substances, high-stimulant pre-workout delivering 300mg of caffeine from multiple sources, 3.2g of Beta-Alanine, 6g of Citrulline Malate, 2.5g of Betaine Anhydrous, Alpha-GPC, L-Tyrosine, Theanine, Huperzine A, and an electrolyte blend per serve.
