Switch Nutrition Gut Restore by Switch Nutrition is a daily gut health powder that packs 20 ingredients into every serve, all listed clearly on the label.

What’s inside:

  • Three blends: the formula is split into three groups, one for the gut lining, one for the microbiome (the community of bacteria in your gut) and one for digestion
  • Friendly bacteria: 5 billion CFU per scoop from three probiotic strains. CFU is simply how probiotics are counted
  • Plant fibres: from guar beans and baobab fruit
  • Kiwi fruit powder: a whole fruit powder
  • Butyrate: a type of fatty acid that is also made naturally in the gut, included here in a form designed to reach the colon
  • Digestive enzymes: five natural proteins involved in breaking down food

Directions for use:

Days 1–15:
Take two separate serves daily, 15–20 minutes before food. Mix 1 scoop (5.3g) with 250–300mL of water or your favourite beverage. Stir or shake until dissolved and consume immediately.

Day 16 onwards:
Take one to two separate serves daily, 15–20 minutes before food, prepared as above.
